大概是GAE上传程序不支持IPv6吧，于是出错：

urllib2.URLError: <urlopen error [Errno 11004] getaddrinfo failed>

一开始还以为是某墙的缘故，挂代理、VPN均无效，才想起来把Hosts给改回来，就可以了。
